I hereby forever release SHI, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all claims, liabilities, rights, demands, actions and causes of action, of every kind and nature, in law, equity, or otherwise, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, asserted or unasserted that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, including any claims, liabilities, rights, demands, actions and causes of action for injury, death, or property damage, related to, arising out of, or in any manner connected with (i) my participation in the Event, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether or not directly connected to the Event, and however caused, by any of the Releasees, or (iii) the condition of the premises where the Event occurs, whether or not I am then participating in the Event. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by this Release.

If the Event is designated as “Alcohol Free,” I agree to not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed by a physician or otherwise) that could affect my ability to safely participate.

If I am the parent or guardian of a child who is a participating in the Event, I give my voluntary consent to his/her participation in the Event and hereby forever release Releasees on behalf of such child as set forth above.
